SAN Bus Tour & SRRF Press Announcement

Join us on Friday, September 16th for a free bus tour and/or Schuylkill River Restoration Fund (SRRF) press event to celebrate restoration efforts in the watershed! Click here to register.

About the 2022 SAN Bus Tour

The tour will visit SAN partner restoration projects, including rain gardens, stream restoration/tree planting and stormwater inlet filter systems.

You can either register for the entire day (which includes the SAN bus tour and SRRF press event) or just the Lunch and SRRF press event (12:50-2:30pm).

Agenda

• 8:30 am: Registration, light refreshments and load bus at Pottstown Riverfront Park (140 College Drive, Pottstown, PA 19464)
• 9:00 am: Bus departs Riverfront Park
• 9:45 am: Tour Charlestown Play House Rain Garden Project
• 11:15 am: Tour Jacob Reiff Restoration Project
• 12:50 pm: Lunch (provided)
• 2:00 pm: SRRF Press Event (hosted by Schuylkill River Greenways at Pottstown Riverfront Park)
• 2:30 pm: Tour Pottstown Stormwater Filter Project
• 3:00pm: Bus returns to Riverfront Park

Lunch will be provided; please indicate any dietary restrictions when you register.

Please wear comfortable layers and closed-toe shoes for walking on uneven terrain. Please bring a refillable water bottle to reduce plastic use.
