DESCRIPTION:Join Philadelphia Water Department to celebrate the completion of the Flat Rock Dam project \n\n\n\n\nRsvp Here\n\n\n\n\nThe Community event begins at 11 am\, with speakers and presentations starting at 11:30 am. Educational tables\, activities\, and refreshments will be in the lobby and by the Canal. \n\n\n\n\n11:00 am – Event starts\n\n\n\n11:30 am–12:30 pm – Presentations in the theater\n\n\n\n12:30–2:00 pm – Tabling & refreshments\n\n\n\n1:00 pm – Ceremonial ribbon cutting on Lock St Bridge.\n\n\n\n\nA small gate opening ceremony will take place at the nearby site of the Flat Rock Dam.
