DESCRIPTION:Join us on a tour to see the Schuylkill River Restoration Fund’s impact in Philadelphia. We’ll visit a river access and riparian buffer project and a community garden and learn about how these projects help protect and connect people to the Schuylkill River. We’ll also highlight grants awarded for the 2024 Schuylkill River Restoration Fund.\nParticipants should dress for the weather and be prepared to walk on uneven terrain.\n \nMeeting Location: The Discovery Center\, 3401 Reservoir Drive\, Philadelphia\, PA 19121\nAmple Parking is available at the Discovery Center and it is also accessible via the following Bus Routes: \nRoute 32 Bus: 33rd St. and Oxford St. (4 minute walk; 0.2 miles) \nRoute 3 Bus: 33rd St. and Cecil B.
