Conservation Easement Seminar

Join WeConservePA for a two-day intensive seminar at Aldie Mansion (85 Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown, PA 18901) where attendees can build connections and relationships amongst those involved in conservation easement work. The seminar is designed to both introduce newcomers and refresh experienced folks on conservation easements. The seminar will be hosted at Aldie Mansion, a gem of a historic preservation property that's part of the holdings of Heritage Conservancy.
Extensive use of panel presentations and group discussions provides an environment conducive for the sharing of different approaches and experiences. Topics of interest include—but are not limited to—land and conservation easement acquisition, stewardship, restoration, resource management, land use planning, forestry, farming, technology, fundraising, communications, outreach, negotiation, DEIJ, trails, education, carbon and climate change, water quality, conservation law, organizational management, governance, and more.

The Schuylkill Action Network (SAN) is a collaborative network of over 100 partners working together to improve water resources in the Schuylkill River watershed. With "action" as SAN’s middle name, SAN partners have been working since 2003 to implement best practices across the Schuylkill River Watershed.
