Friends of Wissahickon MLK Day of Service

Join the Friends of Wissahickon and partners for 2022's Day of Service in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. For the first time, FOW and partners at Philadelphia Parks & Recreation will close Lincoln Drive from Wissahickon Ave. to Ridge Ave. for a large-scale litter cleanup. It’s a great opportunity for individuals and groups to join together to clear the extensive trash that collects along this heavily traveled park-adjacent roadway. About Us
The Schuylkill Action Network (SAN) is a collaborative network of over 300 partner organizations working together to improve water resources in the Schuylkill River watershed. With "action" as SAN’s middle name, SAN partners have been working since 2003 to implement best practices across the Schuylkill River Watershed.
