Are you a Philly resident who loves art and the environment? Enter the 2025 Trash Free Waters Art Contest today, hosted by the Philadelphia Water Department (@phillyh2o) and the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary. Eligible entries will be displayed during the Delaware River Festival (@delrivfest) at the Independence Seaport Museum (@phillyseaport) on September 27, 2025, where attendees will be able to vote for their favorite works!
