A dedication ceremony held for the South to Christian streets extension of the Schuylkill River Trail that opened this past January was held Friday morning. Due to high winds and chilly weather, the speeches were held indoors at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Roberts Center Plaza. In particular the additional 1,400 feet added length to the Schuylkill Banks Boardwalk was highlighted.
