Congratulations to the winners of the 2020 Schuylkill Street Art Contest! We received nearly 200 incredible submissions from Berks, Chester, Montgomery, and Schuylkill Counties. It was a tough choice to narrow it down to the top three winners per county. This year’s contest included participation from 10 teachers from the following 9 schools:
