Lancaster Clean Water Fund
In 2020, the Lancaster Clean Water Fund will provide $128,000 for water quality improvement projects that help Lancaster achieve the specific pollutant reductions (mainly nutrient and phosphorus) by 2025 in accordance with the Lancaster Countywide Action Plan. Grants will be awarded through the Community Grant Fund (up to $5,000) for small-scale projects or the Water Quality Impact Fund ($10,000-$50,000) for large-scale, high-priority restoration projects. Examples include streambank stabilization, turf to meadow projects, riparian forest buffers, community tree plantings, green infrastructure, environmental education, removal of impervious surfaces, and ecological restoration. National Coastal Resilience Fund

Not-for Profit Acid Mine Drainage Watershed Cooperative Agreement (WCAP) Programs
The federal Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is now offering grants for acid mine drainage treatment through the Watershed Cooperative Agreement Program to not-for-profit 501(c)3 entities. WCAP is designed to be partnered with other funding sources to assist groups such as small watershed organizations to complete local AMD reclamation projects. NRCS Farm Bill Program Assistance
Through a cooperative agreement, the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD), have made available $9 million in technical assistance grants to six Pennsylvania conservation districts to help implement Farm Bill Programs.
