SAN AMD Workgroup Tour

Join SAN AMD Workgroup Partners in person for a tour of an active mining operation.
We'll meet in Tamaqua and carpool to the site from there. Trucks and vans are preferred carpooling vehicles for rough road conditions and to limit the total number of vehicles on site.
Important Safety Considerations
- Trucks and vans are preferred vehicles considering rough road conditions
- Participants must wear boots/sturdy footwear suitable for muddy and wet conditions
- Weather conditions might vary throughout the day so please dress accordingly

The Schuylkill Action Network (SAN) is a collaborative network of over 300 partner organizations working together to improve water resources in the Schuylkill River watershed. With "action" as SAN’s middle name, SAN partners have been working since 2003 to implement best practices across the Schuylkill River Watershed.
