Urban Ag Incentive Zones could help open up a world where zoning codes correctly recognize the benefit that farms and gardens bring to the city, support them in overcoming their challenges, and make it easier for growers to save money, receive payment, and feed their communities.
In this virtual listening session you will hear from HB 920’s sponsor, Representative Chris Rabb, about why he introduced the Urban Ag Incentive Zones bill and what he hopes the legislation will achieve. Following Rep. Rabb’s overview, we’ll shift to a discussion to gather producer feedback.
